This is the only comprehensive review system that exists. While it may not teach you everything, it teaches you what you need to PASS and be comfortable.
Hey Prometheus, First of all, I just want to say you're a boss. Thanks for making radiology cool and understandable for not just me, but for all the radiology residents across the US. If it wasn't for you, I honestly don't know what I would do. I'd probably be in a heap of trouble.
I am proud to say I passed the Core exam. I don't know what I would have done without Promethius Lionheart. Words can't describe how great these resources are. I used Crack the Core, the Titan Radiology videos, the Case companion, and War Machine. Promethius's way of using Kinesthetic learning and humor is outstanding. He simply gets it. I already have been educating the new budding future-Titans on what resources to use. Needless to say, ALL of the Titan Radiology resources I consider mandatory.

Crack the Core is essential to passing the Core exam. Every resident at my institution used it as their primary resource for both the imaging diagnosis and physics portions of the exam. I felt as prepared as I could have been thanks to Prometheus and his resources. These books will be useful far past the core exam, and I’ve seen many fellows that come from outside programs frequently referencing it. Thanks Prometheus, I couldn’t have done it without you.
I used CTC for both the ABR CORE and the written portion of the Canadian exam. Speaking specifically to the Canadian exam it was far better than Primer and other resources I had tried for targeting our MCQ section. It would not be sufficient for Oral exam prep, but its great as a starting point for organizing your knowledge base. He has a fantastic, engaging style of writing which kept me motivated for the long slog through 2 board exams this past year, both of which were successfully passed!
The videos are a great way to study and get through the book quickly. The video illustrations/diagrams also helped explain the physics concepts very well.
Learned a ton from your book, I wish I started using it earlier on. The way you present things just clicks!
